On the Ground in Xinjiang: Monitoring the New Paprika Growing Season
Quality paprika starts long before the peppers arrive at our factory.
Recently, our management team visited the paprika-growing areas in Xinjiang to review the progress of the new crop and communicate directly with our local growing partners.

During the field visit, we checked plant development, fruit setting, color development, field conditions, and overall crop health. By staying close to the growing areas throughout the season, we are able to better understand the condition of the raw material before harvest and prepare for the upcoming production season.
Xinjiang is one of China’s key paprika-producing regions, with favorable sunlight and growing conditions for high-quality dried peppers. For Qingdao Tiancifeng Foods, maintaining close communication with the growing areas is an important part of our raw-material management.

Our focus is not only on yield, but also on the factors that directly influence the quality of finished paprika products, including:
Natural color development and ASTA potential
Pepper maturity and uniformity
Moisture conditions before harvest
Raw material cleanliness and overall crop condition
Harvest timing and post-harvest handling

Based on the current field conditions, the new-season paprika continues to develop steadily. Our team will continue to follow the crop closely as it approaches maturity and harvest.
From the growing field to raw-material selection, processing, and final shipment, we believe consistent quality comes from attention at every stage.
